The flavors were vibrant, and the portions were generous, making it a satisfying dining experience.
One standout item was their carne asada burrito, packed with marinated grilled beef, Spanish rice, pinto beans, and a medley of delicious toppings. The combination of flavors and textures in each bite was truly impressive. Some guy on Reddit said this was an awesome breakfast burrito in Glendale, so when I was there to pick up a microphone I stopped by and grabbed a couple for the lady and I. They came out quick, were HUGE, and were just absolutely fantastic. Their house made salsa/sauce inside is the perfect compliment to the fillings, the eggs weren't overcooked (I hate that so so much), and it was impossible to stop eating. The textures were so varied and good, and it was surprisingly vegetal. You'd bet bites of cooked peppers and onions and more crunchy which was awesome. Any time I'm back in Glendale it's going to be a must-have.

We stopped by Brick and Flour for an early Sunday dinner and got an order of the carne asada fries, an al pastor torta, and 3 tacos; crispy chicken, house special, and carnitas. The carne asada fries were so good and so BIG! They totally fed 4 people. When eaten fresh, the beer battered fries were crispy and yummy. I really enjoyed the "super" crispy chicken taco and my partner liked the carnitas and house tacos. The torta was just ok but not bad. Overall we were satisfied and fed and the staff was super friendly. We would gladly come back (I wonder if they would ever do carne asada fries with all the toppings on the side so the fries would stay crispy longer). The shop itself has a small parking lot in the back and some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating could be hit or miss though as there were multiple swarming hoards of gnats. Be sure to park in the right lot (there will be signs that say it's brick and flour parking). We will definitely back again to try more menu items.

Wowsers! The food portions are huge!!! Well worth the price. Not only is the quantity good, the food taste great. The carne asada is tender and full of flavor. I barely put a dent in my carne fries. Would definitely come back.
